These terms govern your use of Cerebrum Lux Social Manager, provided by Cerebrum Lux. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use only workspaces and social accounts you are authorized to manage. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning access to their team. You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the services you connect.

Your content and approval

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give Cerebrum Lux permission to store, process, format, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions, and consent for uploaded content, customer information, and marketing messages.

Review generated text and images for accuracy, rights, and suitability before approving or publishing them. AI output can contain errors. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or unsolicited content, or attempt to bypass security or platform limits.

Connected platforms

Connecting TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or messaging services authorizes the permissions you grant through that platform. Those services also have their own terms and policies. Publishing depends on their availability, permissions, review decisions, and limits; delivery, reach, and timing are not guaranteed.

TikTok photo publishing requires your visibility choices and explicit sharing consent. You can disconnect an account from Social Accounts. Disconnecting cannot recall content already accepted or published by a platform.

Plans and payments

Available features and usage limits depend on your plan. When purchasing a paid plan, review the price, billing interval, and payment terms shown at checkout. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown there. Manage your subscription through the billing options available in your workspace.

Availability and access

We may update features, interrupt service for maintenance, or restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or provider requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. The service and AI output are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or particular marketing results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
