This policy describes how Cerebrum Lux handles information when you use Cerebrum Lux Social Manager.

Information we process

We process account details such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers; business profiles and workspace membership; uploaded photos, logos, prompts, generated content, drafts, and publishing history; and subscription and usage records. If you use lead forms or messaging features, we also process the customer contact details, questionnaire answers, and conversations supplied through those features.

When you connect a social account, we receive authorized platform identifiers, profile information, access tokens, refresh tokens where provided, and information needed for the features you enable, such as publishing status or incoming messages. We do not ask for your social platform password.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, manage workspace access, create and store content, carry out approved publishing and messaging actions, process subscriptions, enforce usage limits, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. Workspace information is available to authorized members according to their access.

Service providers and sharing

Our infrastructure uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, storage, and database services. AI features send the prompts, images, and relevant business context needed for your request to the configured AI provider, which may include OpenAI. Payment features use Stripe or PayPal where enabled; payment details are handled by those providers.

When you authorize a publication or message, the relevant content and account information are sent to the selected platform, including TikTok or Meta. These providers process information under their own policies and may process it in other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security threats, or misuse.

TikTok connections

We use TikTok profile information and authorization tokens to identify your connected account, retrieve creator publishing settings, submit the photo and caption you approve, and check publishing status. Photo publishing uses a temporary media URL accessible to anyone who possesses that URL while it remains valid. These media URLs expire after 24 hours.

Disconnect TikTok from Social Accounts to remove locally stored connection credentials and cancel future publishing jobs. You can also revoke access through TikTok. Disconnecting does not remove content already submitted to TikTok or delete your other workspace content.

Storage, security, and retention

We use authentication, workspace access controls, and encryption for stored social authorization tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain workspace records and content to provide the service; retention depends on the record type, account status, operational needs, and applicable obligations. Expiration of a media link does not itself delete the underlying stored file.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can edit your profile, manage content through the available workspace controls, and disconnect social accounts. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or account, contact Cerebrum Lux through our business website and identify the account and workspace concerned. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal obligations. Requests concerning a business that collected your information through a lead form should also be directed to that business.

Browser storage

The service uses cookies or browser storage for authentication, connection security, preferences, and demo workspace data. Clearing browser storage can remove local preferences and demo data and may require you to sign in again.
